Stainless steel flange will not produce corrosion, pitting corrosion, corrosion and is not easy to be worn. Stainless steel is one of the strongest building metal materials. Because stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, it can make structural parts permanently maintain the integrity of engineering design.

Chrome stainless steel stamping flange also integrates mechanical strength and high extensibility, which is easy to process and manufacture parts, and can meet the needs of architects and structural designers. All metals react with oxygen in the atmosphere to form an oxide film on the surface.

Stainless Steel Flanges are used with orifice meters for the purpose of measuring the flow rate of either liquids or gases in the respective pipeline. Stainless Steel Flange generally comes with either raised faces or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) facings. They are, for all intensive purposes, the same as weld neck and slip-on flanges with extra machining.

They have modifications of radial tapped holes in the flange ring for meter connections and orifice plate carriers for the reason of fitting meter connections. The additional bolts act as a jack to allow the separation of the two flanges to change the orifice plate or for other inspection services. S NOMI offers these flanges in stainless steel material.

For carbon steel, we not only stock certain sizes of this flange, but have been a reputable source for them for over thirty years. We usually supply the plate, pressure connection holes, and jack screws with the orifice flange unit (which is usually two flanges mated together and ready for use) Please contact our sales department with additional questions on orifice flanges.

Stainless Steel Flanges are used with orifice meters for the purpose of measuring the flow rate of either liquids or gases in the respective pipeline. Pairs of pressure “Tapings”, mostly on 2 sides, directly opposite each other, are machined into the orifice flange. This makes separate orifice carriers or tapings in the pipe wall unnecessary.
