THREADED FLANGES
Threaded Flanges Manufacture
What is threaded flange?
Threaded Flange:- Threaded Flange is connecting with pipe without welding. It is similar to slip on flange or a socket weld flange, fitted with a tapered thread (screw) inside the flange bore that is mounted on the pipe with corresponding external threads.
S Nomi is a company that produces, designs, and supplies various sized high-grade products such as THREADED FLANGES. We choose and obtain the finest quality alloys as a fundamental material as a raw material from the reliable market.
Our organisation uses different material grades to design Threaded Flanges of different sizes and shapes. Threaded Flanges Manufacture in in Kolkata, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand are available in all standard.
We own a team of production experts who selects and check the appropriate raw material suitable for different industrial needs. Here, our specialist suggests preferring this material owing to its well-defined composition.
At the same time, we select the material that consists of various combinations of iron, nickel and other elements as a fundamental material. Also, some grades contain the absence of carbon and have some other metallic elements like titanium, molybdenum, cobalt, and aluminium.
The different alloys exhibit different characteristics like higher material strength, better toughness properties and more outstanding welding ability.
Threaded Flanges/Screwed Flanges Features :-
- Anti-abrasive properties
- Made as per the international standards
- Accurate dimensions
- Perfect finish
- Low maintenance
Threaded Flanges are confined to special applications. Their chief merit lies in the fact that they can be assembled without welding this explains their use in extremely high pressure services, particularly at or near atmospheric temperature, when alloy steel is essential for strength and where the necessary post weld heat treatment is impractical.
Threaded Flanges are unsuited for conditions involving temperature or bending stresses of any magnitude, particularly under cyclic conditions, where leakage through the threads may occur in relatively few cycles of heating or stress; sea welding is sometimes employed to overcome this, but cannot be considered as entirely satisfaction.
